We have successfully completed our Disaster Recovery Exercise. Thank you for your patience.

The CSIS Portal is available again. We are in the process of verifying that all systems in our primary data center are functioning as expected.

The CSIS Portal is currently unavailable while we are switching back to our primary data center.

We switching back to our primary data center at 19:15 UTC. This will again cause some downtime of the CSIS Portal.

System validation is complete: all systems were running as expected. We are preparing our primary data center for the switch back.

The CSIS Portal is available again, we are validating that all systems are running as expected in the secondary data center.

The CSIS Portal is currently unavailable while we are switching over to our secondary data center.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We will start the switchover to our secondary data center in the next minutes.

We would like to inform you about our planned Disaster Recovery Exercise. We will test the resilience of our systems and procedures in the event of the catastrophic loss of our primary data center.

Key details of the exercise:

Failover to Secondary Data Center:

We will temporarily switch all systems to our secondary data center located in different region. During this operation, we expect up to 30 minutes of downtime. Based on previous exercises, this step typically takes between 15 and 20 minutes.

Validation:

Once the switchover is complete, we will confirm that all systems are working as expected in the secondary data center. During this time, systems should be available as usual while we prepare the switchback to our primary data center.

Switchback to Primary Data Center:

Once validation is complete, we will switch back to our primary data center. During this operation, systems may again experience up to 30 minutes of intermittent downtime.

Communication:

We will provide continuous updates on our status page throughout the exercise to keep you informed of progress and any developments.
