It is taking longer than expected to sync data between data centers, so we have reopened the service window. Services are currently up and running from the recovery location, but will be moved to the primary location in roughly an hour. This will, as previously stated, incur some slight downtime.

We have successfully switched over to the disaster recovery data center and are confirming full functionality of all systems. In around 2 hours we will switch back to our main data center, which will again cause some downtime.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

As part of our dedication to resilience, in addition to our disaster recovery tests, we are conducting a live disaster recovery exercise. We will do a fail-over for all systems and databases, simulating the catastrophic loss of a data center.

The CSIS Threat Intelligence Portal and its APIs might be not available for some periods during this scheduled maintenance window.
